Shipping
Free shipping on canvas orders over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 is calculated at checkout.
Processing times
In-stock canvases ship in 3–5 business days.
Custom orders take 2–4 weeks.
Digital downloads
Digital charts are delivered by email right after checkout.
Each chart is a PDF you can print and use to paint your own blank canvas.
Returns
All sales are final. Because every canvas is painted by hand, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email me at winnieludesigns@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll make it right.
Need to cancel? Email me within 24 hours of placing your order, before it ships.
Custom orders start with a $10 design deposit. It isn't refundable, because it covers my time designing your canvas.
